I plan to use Prezi as my presentation tool for the first question, prezi allows a very updated and enhanced presentation using slides rather than the conventional way through microsoft powerpoint. Prezi will allow me to display moderate amount of text as well as images with them, Prezi has a variety of transitions hence this will make the presentation more appealing resulting the audience to not lose interest as question one is the most lengthy presentation out of all .
I will use mindmeister as my second presentation tool to answer the second question, Mindmeister will allow me to project my ideas and potential media product ideas in order for them to be displayed in a format of a mind map which will be greatly suited for this question.
For my audience feedback question (3) I would be utilising the slidebean presentation tool which is a very comical approach to
For the final question I will be using thinglink as this a very convenient and powerful presentation tool for annotating images and this questions answer contains a lot of images that I would like to annotate, connotate and detonate about. ThingLink
infogram will be used to display any statistics in any of the questions.

Q1) In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?
We used lots of conventions to existing music videos such as close ups of the artists, as well as we shot our music video in variety of locations however we kept the locations similar not something too bizaare as conventionally after studying our case studies we found out that there are different locations in the music videos however the locations were very similar in terms of the way they look as all shots were in an urban area. We used natural lighting throughout our whole music video just as grime videos conventionally do as they are set in exterior locations (outdoor), typically there are no use of artificial lighting required as the natural lighting gives the viewer a more natural realistic look to the video as the subject is not over saturated or too brightly lit furthermore the natural lighting achieves a very distinctive look of the music video which links into the genre of the music video which was grime.
-low key lighting
However in my music video we challenged a lot of conventions, for example in the beginning of the music intro we put a intro, conventionally there are no intro's in most grime music video, they introduce the song from the start however to emphasis more of the narrative aspect of the music video we put an intro to fit long with the music video.
-get example from another genre of an intro
I have had some inspiration from skepta - shutdown music video as it all shot outdoor (exterior).
Andrew Goodwin’s music video theory is a very ahead of the time theory, this theory till this day stands firm and again again proves to be righteous even after more than a decade his theory is still relevant than ever. His theory music video's cover:
-Music videos demonstrate genre characteristics (e.g. stage performance in metal video, dance routine for boy/girl band).
talk about
clothing - track suit, hat, mask
lighting - natural
location - Park, urban areas, garages
In my music video the demonstration of characters were vividly present, as my music video is a grime music video you can see that the location of my music video is in an urban area as you would expect in any grime music video so that convention was followed as well as there were a lot of use of hand signs which is also conventionally expected.
-There is a relationship between lyrics and visuals (either illustrative, amplifying, contradicting).
There are lots of direct link between the lyrics and the visual in our music video for example in the intro of the music video there is a very calm tone as there is a speech going on as well as the visual of the intro was also calm as there was a long duration of the shot and no fast cuts in fact there were no cuts in the intro at all which directly relates to the tone of the warm voiceover, however one may suggest that this is challenging the norms of a grime music videos conventions as music videos are not "calm" or slow paced in terms of the cutting rate, but in my music video this is justifiable as there is a narrative/message to it where the voiceover speech highlights that other music doesn't last forever whereas this type of music does. Moreover at the end of the intro there is a smooth transition from the phone playing the music video to the actual music video which gives the scope within the scope effect which is conventionally used in some grime music video as well, furthermore the intro speech distorts towards the ends and transitions to the song just like it is visually done with the music video hence you can see the relationship between lyrics and the visual as Goodwin stated in his theory.

-The music video will consists of lot of close ups for the target audience to get a close up of the artist and create a branding.
We utilised Multiple close ups to create a star image to promote a recognisable brand image. This can also be seen in J hus no lie as there were a remarkable amount of close up of the artist J hus, we similarly utilised this to create our own recognisable brand image via taking close up of our artist wearing a mask, furthermore in our CD back cover we again utilised an image of the artist wearing a mask with his a close up shot of the side of his face placed in a circular ring as if it was a coin imprinted with the artists face sideways, this will help create a distinguishable brand image.

Levi Strauss Binary opposite we used was the black and white.
Barthes - action code- what we can see , enigma code: mystery/puzzle, an unanswered question that can be answered via watching.
talk about camera shots
-There is an element of male gaze via voyeuristic treatment of the female body.
-There is often intertextual reference to other media for example the Simpsons are infamously known for .

I have utilised many technologies to create my music video and print products from hardware such as dslr camera to sophisticated software such as photoshop. I felt very familiar and confident in using photoshop as I have previously used this software many times in my AS media studies, however this time using photoshop to create my print product I learnt a Key aspect to editing and designing which was dimensions.

How effective is the combination of your main
product and ancillary texts?
To ensure all my print and video products have the same housing styles I kept a very vivid colour style of black and white which can be seen in the music video with the props of the artist as he is wearing a white top and black bottom, furthermore this is evident in the print advert as I used the main artists same props as well as I utilised a white background with dark almost black top and bottom border with white text. I kept the design very aesthetic as i did not intend to make the print advert look too busy with too many colours or designs.
What have you learned from your audience
feedback?
How did you use media technologies in the
construction and research, planning and evaluation stages?

Make sure you expand on all your bullet points. Structure your evaluation and focus on specific key shots and sequences so it is coherent. Use the guide on Moodle to help you. Also analyse your print products in a similar clear structure. You need to make more reference to your case studies, and embed theory into your analysis. Jo
